Tonmeister: musicians with wide-ranging ideas about original music.
The music can be described as a blend of industrial, metal, and punk rock with atmospheric elements and samples, bent and combined to create a wholly new sound. Instrumental experimentation with a classical bent that would not be out of place in the score to a film or video game can also be heard.
The majority of the music of Tonmeister does not follow the traditional song format. The band feels there is enough of that type of music as it is.
Tonmeister is currently located just outside Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
